It was a fourth opinion on a roof that has leaked off and on since it was completely replaced by Don Kennedy 9 years ago. Company 1 said we’d need that whole section of roof replaced. company 2 said the roof wasn’t leaking and that is was likely coming from the HVAC. company 3 said we’d need that whole section replaced and a few other things for close to $4000. NRC came out, identified and fixed the leak for $400 while they were here. Time will tell if it will leak again but for now I’m happy with their service.
